Where YOU are

Temperature has dropped

(around 6 degrees at 7 in the morning)

Every morning it's getting darker & darker

But still we can enjoy wonderful sunny days

E. is getting better

No more pain but still bad cough

So nice to spend some time

together in the morning

We don't have time to take it

so easy as in the past days

since lessons start at 8.30

But he wakes up earlier

so we don't have to be in a rush

No doubt

Poor E. has got a bad infection

in his left ear so now

he is taking a lot of medicines

to get rid of it

We went to the doctor on Friday afternoon
and this was his verdict:
No more swimming pool

for 3 weeks

Fortunately he has no pain
But I'm not so fond of giving him
all these medicines

On a sunny

Today there was the traditional cattle fair 

a lot of cows, horses, sheep, goats

cheese and other traditional products to buy

Warm sunny September day

so that we can still cherish the hope

that summer isn't over

Bad starting

Just a bad starting this morning.

So dark and grey outside.

Sleepless night with E. moving

restless all around in my bed,

crying because of pain in his left ear,

with problems at breathing properly from the nose.

This morning he said he didn't feel well

( he didn't look so healthy indeed )

and he didn't want to go to school

It was really sad for me to leave him

at school this morning

On day like this

I wish I could stay with him

and I miss him so much
He is always on my mind
whatever I'm doing and
I find it so difficult to concentrate

All I want is to go back home
and hug him

Second week in school for E.

As far as I can get from E's brief conversations

about his day at school

"hard" school days haven't started yet.

It looks like they are testing kids'skills

Hope in the next day

there will be more

real alphabet and numbers learning

my life reached a "perfect" status
They are all that I've been looking for

Just HAPPY

Sun came back again
pushing away all the grey clouds
and here we are summer again.
Plans were just to stay home
but in the end
when we went out of the church
we found ourself
having lunch under a big tent
with some of the families
of the kids attending E.'s school.

No special reason
just happy
about my life

Nothing special today
Poor E. has got a cold
He has a running nose
and keeps on coughing
We went shopping
(fridge was empty)
and we needed to buy white collars
for E.'s school uniform
Weather has changed.
It's looks like a ordinary
autumn day
a bit chilly foggy and damp.
Anyway it's

Never ending summer

Amazing September days
It looks like a never ending summer
We deceive ourself it's like this
wrapped in the warmth of these sunny days

You'll never walk alone

Last Sunday
we took a walk just following the path
outside our house
and had lunch on a nice sunny terrace
in a mountain refuge
Really warm day
no hint of the coming autumn
apart few dry leaves
along the path

E. was very fast on the way upward
a bit more lazy on the way downward

A Wonderful Day

Yesterday it was E's first day
at primary school
He was really thrilled and a bit nervous
The evening before when he was going to bed
he sat on the stair looking at me and told me
"You know Mum it's so nice to learn so many things"
I took him in the classroom
where we met the teachers
When I looked into his eyes
I had the impression
he was trying to hold back some tears
at that moment I felt my eyes filling with tears
but we both managed
He started to relax when he was asked
to choose his own desk
and when his cousin came
and they started to show each other
pencil cases and exercise books
When he came back he said
he really liked to go to school
and that that day had been a
