What an amazing weekend!
Two days almost without a cloud.

We just experienced a small

"hurricane Irene"

in the middle of the night

with strong wind, thunder, heavy rainy

chairs scattered in the garden

& flower vases upside down.

But apart from that we could still enjoy

warm sunny days

(happily the hot temperatures of the past days are gone

no more 38 degrees

as when we landed in Italy and in the past week)

Before lunch

we took a small walk to the river

(just 5 minutes round the corner of our house)

to cool down a bit

Back to my chilhood

with Pippi, Annika, Tommy

Unlike me E. was not really excited

at the idea to meet

Pippi and her world.

Play Station took away

the magic of the old stories.

Mind that STEP!

Climbing experience!
Everything was fine until
E. arrived to the

OBLIQUE STEP

where his balance 

started to be unsteady.....

and M. had to "rescue" him

Final result:
a fall on the ground
for both of them
on different sides!
