M. was away for two days
because of his work
Our house was really "empty"
and still without him

A good morning

This morning I woke up pretty early
The house was so silent
outside
really chilly air
clear deep blue sky
sunlight all around
Apart from the chaos
of lego pieces left by E.
(It's always"Works in progress"in the living room)
evrything was just
simply perfectly ordinary

I've been thinking a lot about
all these late occurences all around
and now I really want to live
finding the extraordinary
in every day
(I told many times I know
but at least I want to try)

to be anything but
H A P P Y

Some sad occurences
(not concerning me or my family directly)
made me think how short and unpredictable
life is
and how it's really true
that we have to enjoy every single day
even ordinary days

It's over

Summer is almost over
Long days are over
Days are still really hot
but as soon as the sun sets
the air gets chilly.
Yesterday we had dinner outside
on the terrace but this evening
all of us agreed that it was better to stay inside.

There's already some hints of autumn in the air
dry leaves falling, chilly air, perfect clear blue sky
even if we go on wearing summer clothes.
It's coming. As every year.

These hot last August days
don't make us think of Autumn for sure
After a rainy and cold August
Hot Summer again
But we are getting nearer and nearer
to the beginning of school

September looks just
round the corner
